Early in the morning pick up your bike and ride to Irazú Volcano, Costa Rica's highest active volcano. Continue south to Turrialba dotted with coffee, banana and sugar cane plantations.
Conveniently located between San Jose and the Caribbean Coast, this lively region is distinguished for its green rolling hills and fertile volcanic farmland.
Turrialba´s rich volcanic soil is ideal for the growth of coffee, sugar cane, macadamia, and other crops. It is also famous for its cheese, manufacturing hand-sewn professional baseballs used in the World Series and for its open air fruit and vegetable markets with some of the best produce available in Costa Rica.

Continue your ride to Puerto Viejo de Limón, passing gorgeous mountains until we reach the low lands of the Caribbean area, with its banana, and pineapple plantation. Once we reach the coast we ride along the ocean to reach the small lazy town of Puerto Viejo. Check in at Hotel
At night a short visit to the town is a must!

Ride to the world famous Arenal Volcano.
One of the most active volcanoes of the world, cloud forests, a lake world-famous for windsurfing and an incredibly diverse population of wildlife is what you will find in this area. The flawless silhouette of Arenal Volcano, its loud rumblings and frequent explosions of lava and ash are a sight not to be missed by any visitor to Costa Rica.

Perhaps in the morning you will like to do Canopy Tour on your hotel. Continue your ride to the surf town of Tamarindo.
Both nature and beach lovers will find plenty here to fill their days. Tamarindo is famous for its stunning beaches, its marine national park and wildlife refuge. This area encompasses beaches that attract one of the largest leatherback turtle populations in the world. Peak nesting seasons in the area are October through January. Due to its constant waves, it is also one of the favorite places for surfers.

Ride back to Central Valley via Puntarenas - Esparza ( old road) – until you reach San Ramon.
In the picturesque, rolling hills of Costa Rica’s Central Highlands, just above the city of San Ramon, Villa Blanca sits in one of the most accessible cloud forest reserves in Central America.
